Newly arrived refugees receive a comprehensive set of services including housing placement, cultural orientation, school enrollment, coordination of initial health appointments, referrals to ESL classes and employment preparation and placement.

Drop off at Crossgates Mall in the overflow lot across from Dave & Buster's and next to the Hilton Hotel.
Needed items include:
- Sheet Sets
- Towels and washcloths
- Curtains (window & shower)
- Dishes, dishtowels, utensils, pot holders, cooking knives
- Toiletries (shampoo, soap, deodorant, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc.)
- Household cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish detergent, sponges, etc.)
- Gift cards for grocery stores, Walmart, VISA
