Description

On Thanksgiving Day and other holidays, Josephs House & Shelter invites members of the public to come to our 4 buildings to help make the holiday meal for noon, to serve it and clear away.

Our buildings serve the homeless community and those who have been chronically homeless and unable to sustain regular housing, and who now stay with us. 2 of those buildings house people with chronic mental health conditions (in Troy) and for individuals whose primary diagnosis is alcohol abuse disorder (in Albany.)

There is an online calendar to choose a site and all sites need you from 9:30am - 1:30pm.  Instructions are provided. Basic cooking skills only.

Request the online calendar for the details of all locations.
