Calling all Albany County high school students looking for volunteer opportunities to meet graduation requirements. We are looking for students who are interested in the environment field and how they can actively improve it. This volunteer opportunity will give students the tools and knowledge to further pursue a career in conservation. Some of the skills students will develop include plant identification, invasive species removal, principles of ecology, environmental planning and so much more.
We will rotate through the county doing service work at various sites. Our schedule is as follows: meeting locations and dates:
