The Friends of Schenectady County Public Library’s Fall Book Sale will be Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6 with the set-up on Friday, October 4th. This sale will be held in the McChesney Room, hallway and outside of the Hon. Karen B. Johnson Central Library, 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady, NY.
We will be selling both adult and children's books, dvds and audio books at this sale.
To make this community event a success for our county library system, we need your help!
The program, Signup Genius will allow you to choose the volunteer job and time you would like.
When you decide on the job(s) and time(s) you would like, just click on the "Sign Up" button, "Selected" should appear, then click "Save and Continue" on thebottom of the page. Make sure the info on the next screen is correct. Your email address and phone number will only be available to me in case I need to contact you. Then click Submit on the bottom of the screen and you'll get your confirmation.
You definitely can sign up for more than one time slot! Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time (earlier if you are volunteering on Sunday)to find a parking space, get your name tag and find out where you will be stationed.
You DO NOT have to sign up for an account! You will only need to provide your name and email address when you sign up for the job you want.
If all slots are filled, and you would like to be contacted if an opening occurs, please sign up as a sub.
