Coordinated by Albany Med, the Capital Region Hub of the Regional Vaccine Network is in need of volunteers over the next few months to provide general support services at the COVID-19 Points of Dispensing (PODs).
To sign up to be a general support volunteer, or for any questions, please email CapitalRegionVax@amc.edu or visit ServNY to create your volunteer profile (instructions below on how to do so).

How to create a volunteer account and profile on SERVNY, if you do not have one:
- If you are not a current NYS employee, click "I don't have an HCS User Account"
- Click "Don't Have an Account"
- Choose Personal
- Click Sign Up for Personal NY ID
- Create your account
- When choosing a Preferred Username, please use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and the symbols @ - _
- After you are done, click Continue
- Click Finish
- You will then be sent back to the main sign in page
- You will then receive a confirmation email and will need to click the link provided to activate your account
- You will then need to select three security questions and answers
- Click Continue
- Create password and save password
- Sign in and Go to dashboard and click "Health Applications"
- Choose SERVNY
- Fill out SERVNY Form to register for volunteering and click Register
- Click Exit
- You will then be contacted by someone regarding the volunteer opportunity based on if you sleected healthcare or non-healthcare
