the City of Albany's recreation department to help with a kid-friendly Halloween drive-through. There will be a couple of different locations that this event will be taking place.
This will be from 3 pm – 5 pm and held at Rosemont, Swinburne Park, the triangle near Ridgefield Park, Krank Park, Arbor Hill Park, and Hackett Park.
