Catholic Charities and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York hold regular large scale
food distribution events; This one is on Monday, September 21 at Centro Civico, 230 Green Street
in Albany; It involves unpacking large amounts of food from flats, and re-assembing it for family sized portions, and
moving those bags or boxes into cars, as they pass through. There are variety of tasks, some less physically
demanding than others
