Unity House is a Rensselaer County-based human service agency that provides a wide range of services to meet the otherwise unmet needs of people in our community who are hurting struggling. They assist those who are living in poverty, adults living with mental illness or HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, and children with developmental delays. Some of their programs consist of providing: Food Pantry Assistance, Meals-on-site, ReStyle Store, A Child’s Place, Domestic Violence Shelter, and much more.
Project Description:
All programs also need basic toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, lotion, sunscreen) and baby items (diapers sizes 2-6 especially 5 and 6, formula, and baby food) Any amount is greatly appreciated. Or if you prefer to order items online, you may ship them directly to Unity House’s main building at 2431 Sixth Avenue, Troy, New York 12180, c/o the Development Team.
Upon completion, please call 518-274-2607 to arrange for a contact free pick up or you may email Volunteer@unityhouseny.org to inform the agency that the items will be mailed. All mailed items can be sent to the main building at 2432 Sixth Avenue, Troy, NY,12180 c/o Development Team.
