Just a few blocks from Union College, our neighbors in the Boulevard Appreciation Neighborhood Association (BANA) are hosting a Community Social - block party. They need assistance staffing the kids activity tent that features puzzles, blocks, coloring , games and other activities for kids from the community.
The event is on Saturday, September 13 from noon to 3pm at The Plaza, between Glenwood and Parkwood Boulevards. The goal of the event is to raise awareness about the neighborhood association, increase membership and participation, have neighbors meet each other and have fun!
Activities at the event include local artists with Gallery 5; kids’ activities with Art in Bloom/Kids Arts Festival and Union College; local musicians including The Minor Kind and Chad Rogers; food and drinks from Sandye’s Cafe and Union Pizza, and so much more!
