Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminars of New York, Inc.

The New York East Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminar is a volunteer operated and donor funded non-profit. Our mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. Our programs include a 3-day leadership seminar for high school sophomores, one day workshops for ninth graders, and community service events throughout eastern New York State.

We develop and empower leaders. Our programs cultivate leadership skills and a passion for volunteerism in today's youth.  We focus on the social change model of leadership development and have committed to integrating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into our program and our operational practices.  Ultimately, every student should leave our programs with a basic understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and be able to identify how they can contribute to the achievement of those goals through their personal actions and/or through community involvement.
