Who We Are
Based on THE GREEN HOUSE concept of care. This new community is the first GREEN HOUSE campus in New York State. Gives seniors a "deinstitutionalized" choice for long term nursing care. Creates a sense of community and empowerment among residents and staff. We have a full clinical support team of nurses, social workers, doctors, and physical, occupational, speech and recreation therapists that visit the 16 houses and provide care and support to the elders.
What We Do
Not-for-profit large nursing home. Provide nursing and housing to elders-residents.
