Who We Are

The Citizenship Coalition is a nationwide, volunteer-driven nonprofit network dedicated to supporting immigrants on their path to citizenship. With over 200 volunteers and a leadership team experienced in citizenship education and immigration services, the organization works as an ally to immigrants from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate the naturalization process and become fully integrated members of society.

What We Do

The Citizenship Coalition is a nonprofit organization that provides free, one-on-one tutoring to immigrants preparing for the U.S. citizenship test and interview. Volunteer tutors work remotely with applicants to review civics questions, explain the naturalization process, and help them build confidence for their USCIS interview. The program is flexible and accessible, offering personalized support at no cost to help immigrants successfully complete the final step of becoming U.S. citizens.
