Chasing Health Inc is a 501 c 3 organization. our mission is to bring equitable and culturally sensitive health care to underserved communities through blood pressure screenings and education.

We provide free blood pressure screenings, health coaching and one-on-one chronic disease education to people in underserved population in Albany, Schenectady and Troy. Our activities at done in community programs, churches, beauty salon, barber shops, schools etc.
