Who We Are

IPH is a leader in providing services to homeless and at-risk individuals and families, many of whom have had complex mental health, substance abuse, and health issues.
Without judgement IPH staff work to provide individualized services to meet
each person’s unique set of circumstances.

IPH provides year-round and seasonal emergency shelters, a housing program, and
community-based programs including Community Connections day-time drop-in center
and Healthy Connections health and wellness services.

What We Do

Emergency Shelter Services
IPH's Emergency Shelter Services offer safe and supportive options for individuals experiencing homelessness. IPH's shelter model provides flexible services to meet the immediate needs, with an emphasis on long-term stability and success. IPH recognizes that shelters not a destination, but a process to help individuals resolve their housing circumstances.

Community Based Services
Community Based Services provide community members with access to vital resources during weekday daytime hours. All services are free of cost and easy to utilize, including daily meals, clothing pantry, laundry, mailbox and storage services, health-related education, care and support, employment assistance, general case management and more.

Housing Programs
With a housing-first philosophy, IPH is committed to removing barriers to housing and understands that individuals and families are better able to receive support and find success when they have an apartment or residence of  their own.
