Description

At City Mission Schenectady “Our goal is to provide not only HELP for today, but HOPE for tomorrow. We want to help people who are in need right now by meeting basic needs like food, shelter and clothing. Providing these life essentials are at the core of who we are.”

Project Description:

Please help us by sewing handmade masks for our staff, residents, and community members.  We have over 70 men, women, and children in our shelters as well as the staff that serve them.  We also provide take-out meals to the Schenectady community every day.  We can use masks not only in our shelters, but we could also hand them out with to-go meals for people who cannot get them on their own. Please drop-off or mail completed masks to 425 Hamilton St, Schenectady, NY 12305.
