The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area is proud to host its second annual golf tournament, Chip-In Fore Youth in support of our expanded programs and services for over 8,000 youth throughout the Capital Area! The tournament will be held on Thursday, August 20th at Normanside Country Club in Delmar.
All of the holes and activities will be socially distanced. All players and volunteers are asked to wear masks (we will have extras if needed) and we will provide latex gloves when necessary. Lots of hand sanitizer will also be available.
BGCCA will need volunteers throughout the day for 3 shifts:
- Shift 1: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Shift 2: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Shift 3: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Through volunteering you will be helping to check players in, lead activities, supervise competitive holes and serve samplings.
This is always a fun day outside for players and volunteers alike. Every volunteer will receive a Boys & Girls Club T-shirt and complimentary snacks during their shift.
