American Dairy Association North East is looking for volunteers to help with their Mass Milk and Food Distribution.
Volunteers are asked to help load milk and food boxes (produce, frozen meat, and assorted dairy) into the trunks of vehicles
Overview:
- 2,580 gallons of milk will be given away to the public at no charge. Guests will pull up by car and food items will be loaded in by staff and volunteers.
- As more people file for unemployment, the need for food assistance is drastically increasing. Residents are asked to stay in their car throughout the food and milk drives.
Suggested Wardrobe:
- comfortable sneakers, layers (it can get hot), and sunscreen! We will provide bottled water, face masks, snacks, and hand sanitizer
