Project Description:
Reduce environmental impact, improve compliance and strengthen the state association of United Ways in New York!
UWNYS is seeking volunteer assistance scanning historical paper files into electronic format for storage and retrieval.
Training will be provided.
Volunteer can work on site at UWNYS in Latham, NY, with our scanner. Volunteer may take files off site and scan remotely if he/she/they can transport the files, keep them confidentially secured and have his/her/their own scanner.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality; move paper files from one room to another and operate a scanning machine.
