A 501(c)3 non profit community based agency. We provide services in 9 upstate couties: Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren & Washington.
What We Do
Promote independence and provide supportive services for mentally ill and disabled to remain at home rather than be placed in institutions.
