The Boulevard Appreciation Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization serving the neighbors of Brierwood Blvd., Maryland Ave., Oxford Pl., Glenwood Blvd., Parkwood Blvd., Waverly Pl., Ardsley Rd., Schenectady High School, and portions of  Van Curler Ave., Phoenix Ave., Nott St., Grand Blvd., The Plaza, and Rugby Rd.
